Leipzig, 04/11/2021. ALVARA | Digital Solutions is restructuring its management team. The Leipzig company is reacting to increasing demand for future-oriented software solutions in cash logistics.
“Our teams and software solutions form a solid foundation so we can impress with our future-oriented, high-quality solutions under one roof on the national and international market even more successfully in future,” says ALVARA | Digital Solutions Managing Director Steven Schwarznau.
So that the company is optimally set up for the future, some changes are to be made within the management team. Thomas Vietze will be leaving the company on 31/12/2021. Already planned, this step has been brought forward due to the rapidly approaching integration of ALVARA and IT Kompetenz. Thomas Vietze shall remain a minority shareholder in the company, and will stand by the side of ALVARA | Digital Solutions as a consultant in future. Matthias Schick will become the sole Managing Director from 01/01/2022.
These managerial changes will predominantly have no impact on customers. Their contacts and their sites will remain the same. “ALVARA will reinforce the IT Kompetenz team in terms of service and development,” explains Steven Schwarznau. “These personnel changes are also the starting shot for closer collaboration between individual teams.” ALVARA | Digital Solutions customers therefore benefit from bundled skills and pooled expert knowledge.
With this new managerial arrangement, ALVARA | Digital Solutions is continuing the constant process of expanding and building on innovative strategies for financial institutes, commercial enterprises and cash-in-transit companies. “We are heading into the new year reinvigorated.
